I LOVE engagement sessions! It’s such a sweet time for the future bride + groom and me to get to know one another! I adore the playfulness and sweetness of each couple’s portrait session.
These two were both so sweet to photograph! They were comfortable and free with one another, and I could see how much they loved each other every time they looked at one another! Not to mention we had a gorgeous backdrop of scenery.
Zach and Hayden had gone to the same college but didn’t know each other while attending. They both moved to Denver at the same time and me through a mutual friend from college. They soon started going to the same church and were good friends for a couple of years before they eventually started dating. It’s so sweet when love is discovered on the foundation of friendship.
I am SO excited to photograph their wedding in June! <3
Kim + Jack had one of the most beautiful backyard weddings I have ever had the pleasure of photographing! Their wedding took place at an adorable cottage in Solvang, California. A lot of rain greeted us throughout their day, but we had just enough time to grab some couple’s portraits of them before it started to rain too hard for outdoor pictures!
Jack and Kim first met when they had a class together in high school. They choose to do a smaller wedding because neither of them felt super inspired to have a larger one! They wanted to get the most out of their day and spend quality time with each member of their family.
Jack + Kim: I wish you nothing but happiness and love throughout your marriage! Thank you for letting me be apart of your day!
I’ve known Abby since she was eight years old! I loved being able to take her senior portraits while I was back in South Dakota! She’s grown up to be such a kind and compassionate lady.
I love you, Abby!
