I was so excited when Jenny + Erik contacted me to photograph their Wedding Day! I had never been to San Diego before and was thankful for a great excuse to come and explore the city!  

 It was so much fun to work with a couple who was so in love with one another.  One of my favorite parts of their day was their first look.  There was gorgeous dappled light, and the second these two saw one another they didn’t need any direction from me.  They were immediately at ease with one another, and it made my job SO easy! <3 

Their Wedding took place at a gorgeous venue, BRICK! ( >>> https://bricksd.com/)   From the twinkle lights to a beautiful location, to an amazing couple in love; their day was out of a dream!   Also, make sure to check out their dessert table!! Jenny is a chef and made everything by hand.

  Zach + Hayden are one of the sweetest couples I’ve gotten to work with.  Their engagement session was such a blast, and I knew that their Wedding was going to be so lovely.  It made my heart so happy that their day was located in beautiful Santa Barbara.

Here’s a recap of how these love birds met:

Zach and Hayden had gone to the same college but didn’t know each other while attending.  They both moved to Denver at the same time and met through a mutual friend from college.  They soon started going to the same church and were good friends for a couple of years before they eventually started dating.  It’s so sweet when love is discovered on the foundation of friendship. 

 Their Wedding Day was gorgeous! From the flowers to the mix and matched bridesmaids dresses to their super sweet first look.  I also got to sneak them away for a little bit to get images of them on the beach around the golden hour.  When we returned from portraits, this couple got to party hard with their friends and family! I have never seen so many guests out on the dance floor! <3

When I first met Courtney and Rob, I knew that they were a perfect match for one another.  Rob’s quiet presence and Courtney’s bubbly one responded with a perfect click. 

From their very first date, these two knew that their stories were going to be ones that intertwined with one another.   They both felt a connection and have been together ever since. I loved that throughout our shoot Courtney was constantly doing things to get Rob to crack a smile.  I could see how safe and loving their relationship was as I got to capture their love from behind my lens. 

Their beautiful Wedding day took place in Ojai, California.  A few of my favorite parts of their day was their sweet first look and the fact that they had dessert served before dinner! :)
